Introduction
This site, "r00m085.dev" (the "Site"), is a personal portfolio site I run on my own. I go by the handle enoki.
My approach here is simple: collect as little personal information as possible, and handle whatever I do receive with care and honesty. This page explains how information is handled on the Site, in plain language.
Please note that this Privacy Policy has not been reviewed by a legal professional. It's a written record of how I, as an individual operating this site, intend to handle your information honestly.
This Privacy Policy applies to the domain r00m085.dev and all of its subdomains.
What I Collect
The Site may collect the following information.
Information you provide through the contact form
- The content of your message
- Your email address (only if you'd like a reply)
If you don't need a reply, you can submit the form without entering an email address. In that case, I won't receive any information that identifies you.
Information collected automatically when you visit
The Site uses Vercel Analytics for site analytics. Vercel Analytics doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect information that identifies individuals. It collects things like:
- Pages you viewed
- The referring site you came from
- Type of device and browser
- Approximate region (country/region level)

How I Use the Information
I use the information I collect for the following purposes:
- Replying to your inquiries
- Understanding general inquiry trends (without personal information)
- Understanding how the Site is being used and improving its speed and usability

Sharing and Third-Party Services
I won't share information you provide with third parties without your consent. That said, I rely on the following services to run this site, and they process some of the data on my behalf:

How Long I Keep Information
Inquiries that include an email address
I delete these after a reasonable amount of time has passed following my reply.
Inquiries without an email address
I may keep these as a reference, in a form that doesn't include personal information, to get a sense of what kinds of inquiries the Site receives.
Exceptions
In the following situations, I may keep information beyond the timeframes above:
- To comply with a legal disclosure request
- To protect the rights and property of this site and its operator
- To preserve evidence in case of abuse, harassment, or legal disputes
Cookies
I don't set any cookies of my own on this Site.
That said, the third-party services I rely on (Cloudflare, Vercel, etc.) may set cookies for security or infrastructure purposes. Those cookies are governed by each service's own privacy policy (linked in "Sharing and Third-Party Services" above).
If I ever add a feature that sets cookies of my own, I'll update this Privacy Policy and let you know in advance.
Updates to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy when needed. When I do, I'll post a notice on the Site and update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page.
